Born as a passion project, Culture Cure is an urban storytelling initiative that brings together heritage, lived experience and contemporary city-making. We design immersive city walks that go beyond monuments- into the margins, markets and memories that shape urban life today.
Founded with the belief that cities are living archives, Culture Cure traces the invisible threads that connect Delhi's historical past with its dynamic present. We walk not only to revisit history but to ask questions about how cities are evolving, who gets to shape them, and how culture lives and breathes in everyday spaces.
From exploring how gendered access plays out in public spaces, to uncovering climate legacies in the city's green and grey patches, each walk is a conversation between the past and the present - led by stories, research and reflection.
Whether you're a local who wants to see Delhi with new eyes, a student of cities or a curious traveler- we invite you to walk with us, ask better questions, and reimagine what heritage means in an urbanising India.
This is not nostalgia.
This is urban memory in motion.
About Me
Hello, I am Aadya! An independent researcher currently living in the city of Delhi, where I was born and raised, I have explored cities like Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad extensively. I've spent time in Mumbai during my masters in Urban Policy and Governance from TISS. My masters thesis on Urban flooding in Mumbai titled Road to Resilience and gives an account on building urban climate resilience through interventions in governance and infrastructure. I am a great lover of the arts and love to express myself creatively in many ways, while constantly managing time between consulting, writing letters to friends and having a healthy lifestyle.
Through Culture Cure I help you explore Delhi and spark conversations about the city in its past and present forms.
